i run heliotrope, a consciousness technology practice for founders. i help people see the trick they're playing on themselves — so they can finally move.

youngest member of the magic castle at 13. spent 15 years studying how attention works, how perception can be directed, how audiences fool themselves.

then i built a company and learned how it all breaks. raised millions, burned out on the exact thing i thought would make me happy, and eventually learned to see the water i was swimming in.

now i use that experience to help founders navigate the same territory.
